Our ultimate parent company is Geo. Kingsbury Holdings Limited, which has its head office in England.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have over 50 employees and provide our services throughout the UK and Ireland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have an annual turnover of \u00a342m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We currently procure product and services from approximately 250 suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Our policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anti-slavery policy. Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. Geo Kingsbury has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment policy. We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting eligibility to work in the UK checks for all employees to safeguard against human tra icking or individuals being forced to work against their will.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Whistleblowing policy. We operate a whistleblowing policy so that all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Our suppliers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geo Kingsbury operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier.
