When an issue arises, we will provide you with an expert call-back and aim to have engineers within 48 hours.

Our substantial investment in training and CPD for our service engineers means they are just as knowledgeable and capable as their German counterparts.

Last year, Kingsbury engineers spent an average of one month each on training and development with our principals, ensuring that their skills are always completely up to date.

Our own applications engineers are often called upon to assist the principals on a worldwide basis, carrying out work in Europe and the far east.

This is a testament to the level of expertise available in-house at Kingsbury.

Ongoing support

All our machines are offered with a 12 month warranty for parts and labour with unlimited time.

Our extended warranty options of up to five years allow our customers to purchase with confidence, ensuring productivity can remain at its peak.
