Horizontal Machining Center Dedicated to Aluminum Processing
IBPMax S is the large-volume version of Innse-Berardi’s horizontal machining center range, specifically designed for machining aluminium alloys. This model features a mobile column structure reinforced with a rear support that significantly increases rigidity.
Its advanced configuration ensures high dynamic stiffness, allowing the machine to achieve extremely high material removal rates while maintaining superior precision.

IBPMax S, like the rest of the range, features the distinctive advanced patented X-axis configuration that delivers state-of-the-art performance in its class.
Specifically, the X-axis solution—guided at both the base and the top of the rear support structure—combined with a thermo-symmetrical Y-axis, ensures consistent material removal across the entire working volume.
